Commercial Refurbishment: Paddy’s Irish Bar

Paddy’s Irish Bar opened with a ‘craicin’ good time for 2018 St Patrick Day celebrations. BH Electrics worked with local builder Darren Heatley and Paddy’s management for this major refurbishment.

The upgrades included taking over a vacant retail space next door. This doubled the size and created a new dining area, a dedicated band space, upgrades to the front bar and new exterior deck

• Main bar extension with all new cabinetry including LED lighting throughout
• New point of sales and appliances installation and commissioning
• Two new data racks to house complete new data, audio and visual cabling and equipment.
• New distribution switch board and sub-board for the roof top refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Modifications to the kitchen and back of house storage area.
• LED feature lighting installed inside the bespoke cabinetry
• New bathroom fit out
• New building air conditioning unit
• Emergency lighting
• Audio visual installation

The result of this major refurbishment is amazing in the blending of the old and new The property truly has the Irish feel from the front deck through the dining room and bar.
