To be eligible, the home renovation price range must be between $150,000 and $750,000 and will apply to houses with an end value of not more than 1.5m.
Approved renovations will include things like kitchens, bathrooms and home extensions but excludes pools, tennis courts, sheds, outdoor spas and detached garages. There are also income thresholds that must be met.
Under the program contracts must be entered into between 4th June and 31st December 2020. Development approval stages mean this timeframe will be challenging, we urge you to act fast to avoid disappointment.
