Behind that rating is the whole trading history. BH Electrics has been on the tools in the Douglas Shire since 2007, and in that time we have completed 42,646 jobs, counted August 2026. Resorts and body corporates, builders part way through a fit out, and houses from Craiglie up to Cape Tribulation.

We can't speak highly enough of Brad and his team at BHE. We have used BHE for many years and since Brad and Leanne bought the business they have lifted it to another level and is even better to deal with. They are so helpful and have great problem solving ideas, as we need to get issues fixed very quickly being a holiday resort and dealing with guests.
We have been using Brad and his team from BH Electrics since his inception and have been impressed with the timely response to our problems. Also the knowledge, understanding, competency, professional, courtesy staff, who always clean up after each job. Their workmanship is of high standards. We have no hesitation in recommending BH Electrics to further clients.
I have used BHE for all my electrical needs for the last six years, both while Blake Henning owned the business and now while Brad and Leanne own the business. They have both always been very professional, punctual and super efficient at their job. The boys they send out on the jobs are always very obliging, polite and considerate. After a few hundred jobs in the same resort you stop guessing. You know which board feeds which block, which circuits were altered in the last refurbishment, and which fitting corrodes first in the salt air.

That is four years running, longer than any other trade business in the Shire has managed at these awards, and it is the local community and industry that decided it, not us. In 2018 we also took out a NECA Excellence Award, judged by the electrical industry rather than the local business community.
