- Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. If we've done something wrong, we'll come back and put it right at no charge.

- Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence 82270, held by Sims Investments (QLD) Pty Ltd. Every electrician on the truck holds their own licence. You can check any Queensland licence yourself on the Electrical Safety Office register.
- Fully insured
- Public liability and the rest of it, current and in place. Body corporates, agents and builders can have a certificate of currency emailed through on request.

- Ring by 2pm on a business day and a commercial job gets attended that day. If we say we will get there, we will. Resorts, pubs, shops and body corporates cannot trade with a dead circuit, so we do not make them wait until next week. For homes it covers emergencies: no power, sparks, a burning smell, water into a board. Anywhere we work, including up the range and over the Daintree ferry.

- Everyday work is charged for the time and the materials, and we tell you that when you book rather than at the end. Either way, if the job turns out bigger than expected we stop and talk to you rather than surprising you on the invoice.

- Issued on installation work, as Queensland law requires. It is your proof the work was tested and complies. Keep it with the property records, and ask us for a copy any time.

This is the thing behind it: terminations torqued to spec, tails dressed, circuits labelled so the next electrician in that board can read what we did without tracing it. If a job of ours ever needs somebody else's hands on it, we would rather they found that than a mystery.
