What we do for builders
- 01 Commercial Electrician: Shops, pubs, resorts, kitchens and offices. Ring by 2pm on a business day and we attend that day.
- 02 Fit-outs and Refurbishment: Shop, cafe, restaurant and resort fit-outs delivered on the builder's programme.
- 03 Renovation and Extension Wiring: Kitchen and bathroom renovations, extensions, rough-in and fit-off, working to the builder's programme.
- 04 Switchboard Upgrades: Replacing old rewirable ceramic fuse boards with a compliant board, safety switches and proper labelling.
- 05 Data and Cat6 Cabling: Structured Cat6 cabling, patch panels, WiFi access points and TV points, tested and certified.
- 06 Lighting: Interior, garden and landscape lighting, LED upgrades and commercial lighting design.
- 07 Metering and Meter Boxes: Meter box upgrades, sub-metering for units and tenancies, and coordination with Ergon.
- 08 Shed and Outbuilding Power: Running power to sheds, granny flats and outbuildings, including underground submains.
- 09 House Rewiring: Full and partial rewires on older Queenslanders and homes with perished or unsafe wiring.

Do you work to a builder's programme?
Yes. Most of our commercial work is scheduled against a builder's programme, and we are a regular on one local commercial builder's jobs. Give us the dates and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit them.
Can you handle the electrical on a full fit-out?
Yes. Shops, cafes, restaurants, resort refurbishments and commercial kitchens. Design through to certificate.
Who issues the electrical compliance certificate on a build?
We do, as the licensed electrical contractor. You get a Certificate of Testing and Compliance for the work we carried out.
